Planning and field engineering for the constructability of a 1800 tons per day cryogenics plant, remit £85M. A turnkey project encompassing the scheduling of design, manufacture and delivery of vessels, equiptment, piping and instrumentation. Followed by activity/resource, scheduling/reporting and field engineering for the construction, installation, commissioning and handover phases.
