Planning and cost tracking, remit $32M. Cost plans and schedule development, cost and variation tracking, trending, risk analysis, report and analysis encompassing: activity, claims development, logistics and recourse scheduling. The project required the design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of a Leak Detection System: product transfer monitoring from 40 offshore rigs to 40 tankers.
